The Alberta Union of Labour Relations Professionals (AULReP) is a dedicated organization representing the interests of professionals working in the field of labour relations across Alberta to support AUPE and its membership. Our members are the specialists who support, negotiate, and uphold collective agreements, ensuring fair and respectful workplaces for AUPE members throughout the province.

We are proud to bring together a community of labour relations officers, negotiators, legal experts, mediators, and other professionals who are passionate about advancing the rights of workers. As the landscape of work and labour continues to evolve, AULReP remains a steadfast voice for the professionals working behind the scenes to protect the rights of workers and promote respectful labour relations.​

Our goals as a Union are that we work together, treat each other respectfully, be inclusive through open communication, and share the work with an aim to bargain collectively for wages, benefits, and improved working conditions. We represent and support each other in all matters of labour relations and provide a financial base from which to work in reaching these objectives.
